Product Introduction
The WNS series oil/gas‑fired hot water boiler adopts a horizontal internal‑combustion, wet‑back,three‑pass structure. It is delivered as a complete packaged unit for easy installation and reduced on‑site workload. Equipped with a PLC full‑automatic control system, it supports unattended operation.
Designed with full corrugated furnace and threaded flue tubes, the boiler creates a three‑pass heat transfer path: flue gas passes through the furnace (radiant heat transfer), reversal chamber and threaded flue tube bundle (convective heat transfer), effectively enlarging the heating surface area. Combined with a large‑volume furnace, tail‑end economizer and condenser, flue‑gas temperature can drop as low as 60 ℃ and thermal efficiency reaches over 95%.
Supported by ultra‑low‑NOₓ combustion technology, nitrogen‑oxide emissions are controlled below 30 mg/Nm³ to satisfy strict environmental‑protection requirements. The hinged smoke‑box door enables easy opening for inspection and lowers maintenance difficulty.
