Project Overview
This project, located within the factory premises of Guangdong Hongye Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., is a DHX40-1.6-SCⅢ large-scale biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler heating project specifically customized for the production of precast concrete pipe piles. It is also a key thermal energy support facility for the company to complete its green production upgrade and adapt to the core process of steam curing for concrete products.

Scenario Adaptation Background
As a large-scale high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile manufacturer, steam curing is a core process for the solidification and shaping of concrete pipe piles, ensuring the strength of the finished product. It requires continuous high-temperature steam with a large flow rate and stable pressure.
Adhering to a green and low-carbon production philosophy, the company upgraded its existing gas-fired heating system to be compatible with clean biomass fuels. This not only allows for the local utilization of surrounding agricultural and forestry waste resources but also significantly reduces long-term energy costs while meeting the region’s stringent environmental emission control requirements.
Core Design Highlights of the Equipment
Main Operating Parameters: Rated evaporation capacity of 40t/h and rated working pressure of 1.6MPa, fully adapting to the high-load continuous production conditions of building materials enterprises.
Project Implementation Value
Since being put into operation, the new heating system has completely replaced the traditional high-cost heating solution and comprehensively empowered green production upgrading:
Customer Feedback
The DHX40-1.6-SCⅢ biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler is perfectly suited to our company’s continuous heat demand for pipe pile production. It maintains stable and efficient combustion even with various biomass fuels from complex sources, with constant steam pressure throughout the process, perfectly meeting the process requirements for steam curing of concrete products. The strength and qualification rate of the finished pipe piles have been significantly improved.
The equipment’s environmental performance far exceeded our expectations. Ultra-low emissions were easily achieved through conventional supporting environmental protection facilities, without the need for high investment in special environmental protection upgrades. Compared to the previous heating solution, the annual comprehensive energy cost has been reduced by more than 35%. The multi-level inspection platform design makes daily operation and maintenance very convenient. From installation and commissioning to subsequent operation training, the entire service process is timely and efficient. It is a high-quality heating solution that takes into account efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection in large-scale building materials production scenarios.
